I really love getting snail mail, don't you? Especially when it's really pretty snail mail! I'm kind of bad about sending snail mail though. I guess I should confess why, but it's kind of embarrassing... I'm not sure how to let my mailman know that I have a letter for him to pick up in my box. (I told you it was embarrassing!) I don't have a flag on my mailbox because it's one of those letter holder type things that's attached to my porch, so I have no idea how my mailman is supposed to know that I have a letter that he needs to take with him. When I lived in the country, we had a flag on the mailbox by the road that meant, "We have mail for you to pick up!" So now when I have mail to send, I always have to take it by the post office, and I hate going to the post office. But anyway, the point of this was to say that I do want to get better about sending people snail mail, and I really want to send them PRETTY snail mail. I figured I couldn't be the only person who would like to have some pretty notecards that don't cost an arm and a leg, so I made these three different printable notecards for you us.
There's a "Thanks" card with a pretty watercolor rose background. It's perfect for sending to a friend who did something special for you. And then there are two cards to make your friends feel special. Who wouldn't want to open a card that says, "Hello, Beautiful!"? Or how about "Just a note to say...You're freakin' awesome!"?
Each notecard comes as a downloadable PDF. You can download all three {HERE}. There are two of the same style on each PDF, and all you have to do is download the PDF and print the notecards on card stock. Cut out the cards, fold them in half, and you have some very pretty notecards to send to a friend.
The finished folded cards are 3 1/2" x 5", so you'll need some envelopes that size. I found these on Amazon that would work. (This is an affiliate link, which means if you click to make a purchase, it supports my blog at no extra charge to you.)
I hope you like the notecards and that you can use them to put a smile on a friend's face.
I had a lot of fun making these, and I'd love to make some more, but I need your help. What phrases would you like to see on a notecard? I can't wait to hear what you come up with!
Bethany, I absolutely LOVE these note cards! Pinned! :)
